Live Session Information

Live Zoom sessions will be held on designated Tuesdays from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time.

Expectations

• Arrive on time.
• Be respectful of others.
• Participate when comfortable.
• Ask questions.
• Keep distractions to a minimum.
• Support fellow athletes.

You do not need to be the loudest person in the room to be a leader.

Some of the best leaders listen first.

Recordings will be available for athletes who cannot attend live.
