Leadership 101 - Summer 2026 (26040101)

Leadership 101: Foundations of Leadership and Team Dynamics is an 8-week hybrid course designed for student-athletes ages 13–18. Through live seminars, independent learning modules, assignments, quizzes, and reflection activities, students will explore leadership, communication, accountability, team culture, and group dynamics. Rather than focusing only on how to lead others, this course begins by helping students understand why they lead, what they believe, and how their values shape their influence. Participants will develop a personal leadership philosophy while gaining practical skills they can apply in sports, school, and life. By the end of the course, students will have a stronger understanding of themselves, their teammates, and the foundations of effective leadership.
