What Is a Live Session?

A scheduled learning experience built around connection.

Some topics benefit from more than a video, worksheet, or independent lesson. They become more meaningful when participants can ask questions, hear different perspectives, practice skills, and respond to the conversation in front of them.

That is the purpose of a Live Session. The experience is structured and educational, but the instructor can adjust examples, answer questions, explore challenges, and help the group connect concepts to real situations.

Live Sessions may be offered as one-time workshops, short series, full-day experiences, or multiweek courses that meet regularly in real time.

Live Sessions are group learning experiences. They are designed for open enrollment and shared instruction. Individualized one-on-one coaching is offered through a separate consultation and coaching process.
Choose the Right Learning Path

The difference is where and when the learning happens.

Soul Performance Academy offers several ways to learn. The right option depends on the amount of structure, independence, and live interaction you prefer.

Live Learning Formats

One format does not fit every topic.

The length and structure of each offering are chosen based on the depth of the topic, the needs of the participants, and the amount of practice and discussion needed.

01

Single-Session Workshops

A focused live experience centered on one skill, challenge, or question. These sessions are often completed in 60 to 120 minutes and provide practical ideas participants can begin using immediately.

02

Short Live Series

A small group of connected sessions that allows participants to learn a concept, practice it between meetings, and return for additional instruction, reflection, and discussion.

03

Full-Day Experiences

A more immersive session that provides time for instruction, discussion, activities, breaks, application, and deeper exploration of a broader topic.

04

Multiweek Live Courses

A structured course that meets live over several weeks. A multiweek course may include weekly teaching, group discussion, activities, resources, and between-session application.

What to Expect

More than sitting through another online presentation.

Every topic requires a slightly different approach, but Live Sessions are designed to keep participants connected to the material and involved in the learning process.

Direct instruction Clear teaching that introduces the topic, language, skills, and practical purpose.
Active participation Discussion, reflection, polls, activities, scenarios, and guided practice may be used throughout the experience.
Questions and conversation Participants can explore challenges and connect the topic to their own sport, performance, leadership, or team environment.
Practical resources Offerings may include worksheets, reflection prompts, activity guides, recordings, or continued access to supporting materials.
Clear expectations Dates, times, attendance expectations, replay availability, and included resources are listed on each product page.

Looking for Individualized Coaching?

Private support begins with a different conversation.

Live Sessions are group-based educational experiences. Individual mental-performance coaching provides private, personalized support built around one person’s goals, experiences, challenges, and performance environment.

Explore whether one-on-one coaching is the right fit.

Individual coaching may focus on confidence, pressure, mistakes, motivation, communication, identity, preparation, transitions, or other challenges connected to sport, performance, leadership, and personal development.

The first step is a free consultation to discuss the current situation, goals, expectations, and whether an individualized coaching relationship makes sense.
